  I have been working on synthesis of various diversely substituted heterocyclic compounds such as Benzimidazole, Benzopyrazole, Oxazolone, Benzolactams, Furopyridines, Quinolines, Imidazoquinolines, Imidazo oxazinyl indoles, Furopyrimidines, Isoindolines and Phenylpiperazines for various therapeutic targets.  Our aim is to make highly potent molecules with good physicochemical properties and better selectivity and safety profile.Among all of the above Benzolactams, Furopyridines & Furopyrimidine derivatives have shown nanomolar potency values (<25nM) in biological assay for one of our target.
