Sabrina is outgoing, confident, professional and very friendly! It was a pleasure to work with Sabrina for just under a year at carma. I was extremely impressed by Sabrina's ability to learn the processes of the company in such a short amount of time as well as proactively making improvements to the customer experience. Sabrina showed initiative by staying after hours to make private walk-through tutorial videos for our customers so that they would better understand how to properly install our products. During our lunch breaks there was never a dull moment as Sabrina always had something interesting for us to discuss if nobody else had something to say. I really looked forward to our lunches together and miss the discussions that we would have. I believe that any employer would be more than happy to have Sabrina as an asset on their team.

Sabrina is a diligent team player. She is able to quickly grasp and implement new concepts. Sabrina successfully led customer demonstration meetings and interfaced with a cross functional team to provide customer support. She will be a great asset to any team.

Camp Nostos is an event I undertook to satisfy the desire to create something of my own, do something I love, and put my management and marketing skills to the test. An adult summer camp - everything that was awesome in your childhood, but tailored and upgraded with an adult twist: Childhood 2.0. In building this event I had a camp facility booked, insurance and liability coverage, transportation arranged, a chef and staff for the weekend, a local craft brewery lined up, volunteer positions being filled, and a few outside vendors to run activities. I marketing through Facebook and Instagram, made appearances on local news and radio stations, hung posters in public spaces and local businesses and talked to many, many people. Sadly, Camp Nostos failed. I was not able to gather enough registrations before my deadline. Worth it though - failing is better than not trying!

I was headhunted for this position to design and implement communication and marketing strategies and recruit and lead a customer success team. Carma moved from a customer direct vehicle sales company to a SAAS (software as a service) company, selling the proprietary software that was built to serve the original model, resulting in a shift in my role. • Developed new clients from initial contact and demo through to relationship maintenance and reporting • Collected client feedback and worked directly with development team to direct product improvements • Contributed to decisions on product design, direction and company growth • Monitored analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to understand and improve user experience • Successfully translated auto dealership language into software engineer language to help development accurately understand client issues and needs • Implemented 3pm ‘stand up and do something meetings’ that included wall sits, planks, and stretching

I was the Admissions Counselor in charge of the Minnesota area. My responsibilities included attending college fairs, meeting with high school counselors and contacting prospective students. I would also meet with students and their parents on campus visits, evaluate admission criteria and issue scholarships to students. Additionally I managed the Enrollment Services web page, the senior student newsletter, and the filter driven student interest page. My creative abilities also allowed me to design office publications and collaborate with our Director of Marketing and Graphic Designer on university marketing efforts.
