1. The main responsible to understand the needs of GE China business software projects, for example analyst the demand of business-related software within GE businesses – GE Energy, Financial related businesses and GE Healthcare. 2. Assist software development team to acquire new customer with customized software which satisfy customer needs. 3. Been picked up lot awesome knowledge during my almost 2 years’ time with ChinaSoft International ltd while assigned as account manager for GE, where GE a huge company where standing at top 500 companies in the world. It contains highly qualified talent and surrounded with efficient working atmosphere. Especially the ex-account manager left before I were onboard without any knowledge transfer which force me to restart everything again from restructure the sales & support model to re-establish customer relationship by visiting them one by one. On top of that, as the new joiner I got to achieve mine annual sales target 10 million RMB. Maintain the original scope of business, listen and provide necessary support on off shore team members and locate new outsourcing resources. Although there lot of barrier, by working\communicate closely with GE managers of relevant departments and taped few opportunity. I manage to achieve 80% of the target goal by September of the year.
