Obtain up to date relative policies; Life Insurance, Malpractice, etc. Assist managers across the network with progressive discipline, 90 day reviews, yearly evaluations, hiring and terminating. Communicate employee benefits, including health and 401k across the network as well as assist with issues that may arise. Manage employees confidential and personnel records; including updating HRIS system.
