Instructor at the UK School of Interiors | Planning, Strategy, Design—a CIDA-accredited interior design undergraduate and graduate program. Responsible for developing innovative, engaging content for a variety of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, including completely reinventing two courses from scratch (a combined year-long Digital Media + Color Theory course that linked to studio work). Active within various school courses led by other faculty as a juror and outside critic. Collaboratively designed a system for digitally archiving design resources within the School of Interiors. One third of the CIDA-accreditation visit preparation committee—an intensive effort that received accolades from the visiting CIDA review team for our intuitively clear and engaging display and organization of a vast amount of student content. An active presenter and panelist within IDEC (Interior Design Educators Council). Courses Taught - Second Year Studio (a studio focused on exploring communities where working and living are combined in one), Digital Media, Color Theory, Design History I (light unit), Third Year Workplace Studio, Graduate Level Creative + Theoretical Design (an elective course taught in tandem with a professor of geography).
