The duties are listed above. The gap in work history was due to a lay off in our department. The manager later realized they needed me back to pick up where I left bc the manager was not able replicate my role. I basically came back fixed months of back log, got things in order and kept them in order for audits. The lesson I learned is never underestimate your role at a company especially if you are working hard and producing nothing but excellent work. At first they may not see your value but your absence can make them see how needed you are. The manager that laid me off was the same manager who called me asking for me to return. He humbly explaining his inability to keep up and acknowledged my work ethic and great attitude doing such a tough job. He also created a sweet pay increase to come back to with a new found respect for me. Mind you I was the only female working on the trucking shop floor with all men. Respect is hard to come by but hard work makes it possible. Show less
