      While working as a data analyst/ data entry clerk with Dell Computers I would place all of their part orders from all sites through a portal. I would place over 100 orders daily in a timely manner through office max website. I worked in a team of three to work on all missing orders or to rush orders if the sites need them the next day. It was a very fast paced and accuracy was key. There was no time to make mistakes while placing the orders. I've gained knowledge in helping a team create a portal for the sites to place the orders and how to work effectively as a team and independently. Great company to work for and grow with unfortunately my site was all laid off due to Dell losing a contract with Boeing.

      I started off as a receptionist with PFItech and I gained knowledge on answering and transferring calls. I ran all errands for the CEO of the company and made any appointments for him. I signed all packages that came in and organized them in the storage closet. Greeted all clients that came in and directed them to the person who they had a meeting with. I was always smiling and helping everyone that needed help from making copies or faxing information out to creating memos and templates for the CEO. Once they seen how well I worked they offered me a better position within the company but for Dell Computers and I wanted to gain experience so I took it.
