Provides aftermarket engineered solutions and pricing with all aspects of Aftermarket parts sales orders from start to finish. This entailed all duties associated with an order’s successful completion including but not limited to budget selections, pricing, formal proposals, submittals and revisions, order entry, technical assistance, and customer support. Supports the outside Sales team with Project Management for pre- and post-sale orders.* Prepares proposal documents, authorized discounts, and revisions for parts orders (QTC).* Provides technical support, install drawings to mechanical contractors, installation contractors, engineers, and servicetechnicians.* Communicates with end users, mechanical contractors, and engineers on various aspects of the Aftermarket HVAC system.* Pursue documentation required for release of orders to fabrication or shipment (including change orders, tax certifications,purchase orders, riders, and written approvals to submittals, change in scope, etc.).* Prepares Vendor Purchase orders, receives, and enter all bills in QB* Process all Aftermarket sales orders, this includes order entry, invoicing, credit card payments and credits for returns- QB* Works closely with the VP of HVAC & outside sales team to develop new business opportunities.* Aftermarket HVAC products consists of All internal components inside the Cooling Towers, Pumps, Air filtration units, VFD’s and Motors.
