I worked with Sabrina from 2013 until 2015 at Aldebaran Robotics (now Softbank Robotics Europe). We were hired at the same time to set up the After-Sales Services in Japan, in a very short timeframe, starting from scratch (no team in Japan...), with Softbank Mobile company who purchased 10k robots from the French start-up. Sabrina was on the 'Hardware' topics (Repair, Spare Parts Logistics) and myself on 'Software' (Customer Care & SW Support). We were a perfect match. Sabrina did an amazing job building all those services! She is a hard worker, with an excellent communication, always dynamic and with a great team spirit (and funny, we needed fun times to relax regarding our challenges!). A true leader! I still have the appraising emaisl from Japan, stating that nothing could have been implemented without Sabrina :) I miss working with Sabrina so much. Sabrina has been my best work partner so far! I envy the company that will hire Sabrina to implement or improve their after sales services. I hope that we will have the opportunity to work together sometime in the near future ;)
