Professionalmente mi ha sempre incoraggiato ad "alzare il livello" del mio lavoro, insegnandomi ad avere una visione strategica più ampia e non solo focalizzata sulle mie mansioni, permettendomi di apprendere competenze non legate strettamente al mio ruolo digital. Mi ha insegnato inoltre che ogni attività deve contribuire al business aziendale, stimolandomi anche con delle sfide, accompagnandomi nel processo e spiegandomi sempre cosa venisse fatto in maniera corretta e cosa invece andasse fatto differentemente. A livello umano è sempre stata molto attenta a tutte le risorse del suo dipartimento, dalle figure Senior a quelle Junior, rimanendo sempre disponibile per tutte le persone, sostenendole con le giuste parole quando ne avevano bisogno. Tra gli insegnamenti che mi ha trasmesso terrò sempre a mente "la comunicazione non è quello che comunichiamo, ma quello che viene compreso dagli altri".
