I had the opportunity to closely work with Sabita on two occasions - first when I was a Programme Officer with Oxfam in India and visited UK during 1998 to communicate about the country programme with Oxfam staff and volunteers and Sabita had very ably coordinated my visit which included regular liaison with various colleagues in the Head Office as well as other locations across UK. We got another opportunity around 2006-2007 when I was Oxfam's Country Director in Malawi and Sabita closely worked with some of my team members on programme learning activities. I have particularly particularly appreciated Sabita's high level of professionalism and ability to work with others (especially across different cultures). She is also an excellent communicator.
