  Na de overname eind 2019, bleef ik, tijdelijk, een actieve rol vervullen bij de integratie van Vendor in CWS. Voor een meerderheid van medewerkers vonden we een gepaste nieuwe plaats en voor de boventallige personeelsleden werd een voortreffelijke regeling getroffen via een sociaal plan. Vervolgens diende niet alleen Vendor, maar ook het eerder overgenomen maar nog separaat werkende Initial, geïntegreerd te worden. Na het opzetten van een nieuwe managementstructuur, zette ik de krijtlijnen uit voor een meer klant- en service gerichte organisatie en heb ik het pad geëffend voor de verdere integratie van de 3 hygiëne bedrijven en de 'carve-out' van de linnendivisie.
