As the People & Culture Coordinator, I support the wider Zambrero network and work together with the People & Culture Business Partner on new people projects.• Being involved and leading people projects such as new perks & benefits programs by liaising with external and internal stakeholders.• Redesigning and improving the onboarding experience for new employees through e.g., designing a branded welcome package and analysing communication and touchpoints with new employees. • Leading the on- and offboarding of employees by liaising with different departments such as the hiring manager and IT.• Giving People & Culture inductions to new head office employees.• Writing contracts and other required letters.• Assisting with employment-related inquiries from restaurant and Head Office employees.• Reviewing, updating, and writing new policies.• Leading sponsorship processes together with our lawyer • Fulfilling ad hoc duties as required.
