The French-Australian Chamber is an independent not-for-profit organisation governed by 19 Board of Directors and comprising more than 600 members. Our head office is based in Sydney and we also have five other Chapters and offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, and Adelaide. The Chamber is affiliated to CCI France International, a worldwide network of 112 French Chambers operating in 82 countries. The Chamber's main mission is to promote our members and support French companies succeed in Australia through information, networking and business support services. As General Manager, my role is to oversee the office, staff, finance and activities of the Chamber to achieve members satisfaction, development, growth and profitable operation.

F.A.N.S. (French speaking Association of the North Shore) is the not-for-profit association funding and organising the French bilingual program at the Killarney Heights Public School. The program started in 1999, and received, in 2012, the Label FrancEducation, an accreditation granted by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The association employs 14 full time French native speaking teachers to work at school with their Australian colleagues. The program offers bilingual education to 250 French speaking children and 400 English speaking children. The association also offers language classes to 100 French speaking adolescents and manage a calendar of social activities. I'm to oversee the Association's activities: recruitment, budgeting, all aspects of finance and accounting, all aspects of HR, communication to parents, teachers and officials, coordination of fundraising activities with parents.

Technical Support, Knowledge Engineer, Belgium

Knowledge Engineer (1997-2000) : the team's mission was to identify, capture, share and re-use knowledge, leading to corrective and preventive actions to improve Customer Service performance and quality. Main tasks: structure and document solutions to problems reported to Customer Services. Update of Knowledge database and intranet, production of technical newsletters and troubleshooting guidelines. I was the Y2K coordinator for the Service Engineering Department, defining the needs for Customer Services and coordinating the implementation of the Service Engineering information hub. Interface and Application Analyst (1990-1996) : I worked on the ST200 and PC Connect products. Main task was to perform software installations and trainings at customer's premises in Europe and Africa. Extensive traveling involved. Problem Management (2nd line support), products' acceptance testing, release seminars, on-call support. Sales Administration Representative (1986-1989): Processing of hardware and orders from banks and assistance to the banks going to cutover to the SWIFT network. Order processing, invoicing, passwords generation, coordination of deliveries. Representative for customers located in the Asia/Pacific area.
