On behalf of Said Business School, I managed two programmes for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women initiative, which was a 5-year $100 million project to provide underserved women entrepreneurs with business education. I managed funding negotiation, project planning and media relations, with oversight on project delivery by two local universities in China. After five years, about 800 scholars graduated from the two programmes, most of them recorded increased revenue and job creation.
