Responsibilities: - Writing and posting job advertising on various media platforms; - Actively sourcing and identifying candidates via headhunting, networking and proactive search; - Analyzing the resumes received from applicants and interviewing candidates; - Cold calling with the candidates in order to understand their interest; - Follow-up the candidate status in the recruitment process; - Status reports on the recruitment process; - Participating to recruitment events and identifying new opportunities to increase the brand awareness; - Involved in organizing internal and external events; - Involved in engagement program for the employees; - Offering support in other HR related activities. APS Romania covers the entire process of tracking customers from the issuing of payment obligations, monitoring the receipt of payments, to the collection of receivables that exceed maturity. Responsibilities: - Manage and analyze daily billing and collections cases; - Assist customers through email or call regarding their billing concerns; - Document steps taken to troubleshoot activities and changes made to isolate issue and eliminate known issues prior to case escalation; - Monitor and follow collections process for accounts with past-due balances; - Provide support, information and assistance to colleagues; - Perform accurate, high quality payments in a timely manner; - Responsible for effectively assessing and resolve issues that arise, independently or with minimal oversight; -Analyze rejected payments, identify root cause and ensure timely repayment.
