  After an organisational change in marketing, my role has changed a bit to include more product specific communication and corporate communication including communication about corporate relations (CR and CSR). In addition hereto, project management will be a larger part of my role and tasks. This will include projects related to marketing and communication. Responsible, together with MASCOT's creative team, for concepts in relation to product launches and catalogues and to ensure that all deadlines are meet, so the projects are rolled-out at the right time and within the requested timeframe.   I work as a part of a dedicated and highly skilled team of communicators.   Temporary position as a Project Coordinator within Communication & PR that is a part of the International Marketing department at Mascot International A/S.My primary task is to manage and coordinate a project called "Stock Clearance". My tasks within this project includes:● Coordinate all processes within creating brochures that are targeted MASCOT's external customers● Manage, plan and complete the disposition of products in each brochure. This includes i.a. planning of photo shoots and which products that are to be photographed● Write inspiring texts in Danish and English to combine the elements in the brochure. Manage translations to additional languages.● Plan the extend of which the brochures are to be printed and have them sent to the area sales managers. This includes internal briefing about the project and ongoing follow up. ● Proof read the final issues and approve them for print according to the initial plan and idea.Beside this main project, I undertake various tasks in the Communication & PR department like: Danish-English translations, preparation of multiple press releases and hereto coordinate translations to the 10 languages we work within, product presentations in multiple languages, promotional texts etc. Show less
