Main tasks and responsibilities as a project coordinator: ▪ Quality management: as the key user of quality management system responsible for coordinating and preparing new or adapted documentation of business processes; organization and coordination of executive meetings, an organization of and cooperation at internal audits; ▪ HR development: implementing BSC in 4 work fields, implementing SAP, preparing new systemization of workplaces; ▪ general HR tasks: short briefings with employees about new projects or results concerning their work performance, preparing HR reports and plans, especially those for internal and external employee education. As an insurance representative: ▪ presentation of new products to natural persons and to the groups; ▪ keeping sales records and preparing sales reports, ▪ preparation of offers and insurance policies for companies; ▪ translation of insurance terms and conditions and insurance policies from Slovene into German and English language for foreign companies; ▪ working with insurance brokers for companies; ▪ responsible for presenting insurance types to the companies; ▪ cooperation with the leader of property insurances: reinsurance, examination of customers' property in the field, preparation of annual instructions how to make deals in specific insurance type policies; ▪ educating insurance representatives.
