  I help people permanently stop any self sabotaging pattern, by finding and dissolving the seeds to it. All the self doubt, the bad habits, the shame, worry and overthinking comes from old mental programs. These programs will keep us from achieving our dreams and make decisions that serves us. These programs will create stress, burnout and unhappiness. And these programs are mostly subconscious, which is why we feel somewhat out of control or powerless in our own lives. When these mental programs that is the source of the self sabotaging behaviour are identified and eliminated, it stops forever. And then life gets fun.
