  Department of Quality Control(TV) 1. Develop and maintaining the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Products. 2. To ensure proper quality of products. 3. Testing and inspection all incoming raw materials as per Supplier TDS and MTC. 4. Ensuring Quality check process at every stage of manufacturing and taking full responsibility of supplying quality ensured production. 5. Execution of entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing. 6. Maintains and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support. 7. Discussion of Inline inspection findings with respective Production & QC team to get the corrective actions and preventive action 8. Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product by using modern 7 QC Tools (i.e., Root cause analysis, Fishbone analysis, Control chart, 5 why’s etc.). 9.Monthly service fault analysis & try to develop major fault in running production. 10. Make Monthly Complete Report in line rejection & Filed rejection. 11. Random Aging test from production lot/batch. 12.Random Finished goods inspection on regular interval. 13. To lead the QC team to check quality and work for production at the same time. 14. Can operate all kinds of machines and can perform all types of production works. 15. Training the workers to ensure proper quality of work as well as products. 16. Reporting daily quality of parts and components to the supplier party and keeping record. 17. Preparing defective parts list against shortfall, broken/damage of parts and components of TV & claim Supplier for RMA. 18.Giving assistive support to all other departments of the factory.
