I gained experience working in a second hand trading store specialising in computing, technology and video games My main role was to handle e-commerce so I was in charge of dealing with online orders, inspecting the item before packing it securely and sending it to the customer I also multi-tasked when our team was short handed and served customers on the till, whether they were buying or selling. I have been principally involved in a medical n-of-1 study. This has entailed displaying multiple sets of graphs in a tight-fitting area in order to demonstrate as incisively as possible the performance over time of a new product in the treatment of Epidermolysis Bullosa - a rare skin condition. Data were provided in excel format. SPSS was used for creating and editing the individual graphs before transferring them over to Microsoft Word to be compiled in the required layout. This occasional work, in between my first-year course work, has enabled me to expand my computing skills, including familiarising myself with SPSS, a statistical package which I had not previously encountered.
