I had the pleasure to work together with Saara in Plecto - Saara coached me when I entered the Customer Success Manager role, ensured I knew all recommended business processes, shared best practise and was my main go to whenever I had any questions or concerns. Besides the above, are Saara an incredible colleague, always available to share her knowledge and nudge one in the correct direction. I would recommend Saara in every way - the company who hires Saara is very fortunate!

I have had the pleasure to work with Saara for more than 2 years while she has been a Senior Customer Success Manager at Plecto ApS, and have been consistently impressed with her exceptional skills and qualities. Saara possesses an electric energy that is contagious and makes her an asset to any team. Her customer onboarding is simply amazing, and she consistently exceeds expectations with her attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. She has also been a great coach and teacher to new team members, and her impact on their development has been invaluable. What truly sets Saara apart is her ability to create amazing customer relationships with ease. Her warm and personable demeanour makes customers feel comfortable, and she is able to explain technical terms in a way that is easy for them to understand. Even in online meetings, her personality shines through, and it's evident that she truly cares about her customers and their success. In addition to her customer-focused skills, Saara is also an incredible colleague who creates an amazing work environment. She is carrying, very open to feedback and has been my strategic partner and right hand in the development of the Customer Success team and the improvement of our customer onboarding process. I truly value the years that Saara and I have worked together, and I am confident that she would be an excellent addition to any team.

Yet again my work motivation did not get missed when I started to work as an ”2nd line support agent / back office agent”. Besides product claims, I started to work as an support person for the Finnish team. I help my colleagues, I report forward if finnish customers are facing some technical problems with the orders or deliveries, I do smaller translations, I do instructions for new employees and overall I am the information channel for the finnish team. I speak finnish, swedish and english at work. I started from level zero in swedish. It has been a struggle but now I speak it quite well and it is the most rewarding thing ever! Have a Jollyday! Soon I moved to working with product reclaims. This means that I started to work with customers whose products had gone broken for a reason or another. Sweaty job eh? I find it even more rewarding when you find the solution to making the customer happy after an bad experience. I also contacted daily the different product suppliers and work with Klarna & Postnord weekly.

Heja Sverige - conquering the world starts now! I was over the moon when I got this chance to work abroad, one thing of my bucket list! I started to work at Jollyroom as an finnish talking customer servant. My main duties were customer service via phone, e-mail and social media. Our customers are parents / families and here my mommy skills really get to shine! Our main programs we use are SAP and Salesforce. In this job you really need to be effective at problem solving and have great social skills since the customer call in mainly when they have some sort of problem with the order. Show less

I got a pleasant opportunity to work part-time in this small but very ambitious company as the ”right hand” for the M-apartment’s CEO. M-apartments provides accommodations solutions for companies and there fore my main duties were planning and furnishing the apartments in Helsinki, Vantaa, Hanko and Kotka. Furnishing the apartments is a lot of work to make sure that everything is nice and tidy for the incoming customer. Besides those I worked from home and did smaller administrative duties and basically whatever the CEO asked me to do. In this job I really liked the variety from working from home to working in different cities in Finland! Show less

Me working in car leasing business continued in May 2015 when I started working as leasing assistant in Finland's one of the largest leasing company ALD Automotive. My main duty was to take care of few customer companies by calculating and handling leasing offers for them. If the car leasing offer was accepted, I ordered the car in cooperation with the car sales men. I assisted Sales Manager and other employees wherever needed; I was always willing to learn new tasks and skills with them. I also took care of contract changes, holder changes and rateable value calculations. I contacted daily different business partners, for example Fleet Logistics, car dealers, Euromaster and Hertz. In addition to these, I managed and upgraded ALD Automotive's CRM system and made customer reports. My last weeks I spent orienting a new employee. This job upgraded me to a whole new level - I am very thankful to my superior who always praised me and encouraged me to do and learn more. Show less

I worked as a “Front Office Angel”, who has a smile to die for! My main responsibility was to welcome the customers and partners and serve them coffee and tea. As I was hungry for work, my duties quickly expanded. I did sales offers, took care of customer relationships and helped organizing staff trainings and fairs. Among these duties, I assisted Back Office, CEOs and Salesmen. My duties also included ordering the office supplies as well as other smaller office work. This was one of my first jobs – I started as a Restaurant Assistant at the age of 15. My hard-working was soon noticed and over the years I became a diverse Restaurant, Bar and Cafeteria worker. Mostly I worked in the Cafeteria where my job included customer service, preparing and selling products and specialty coffees, developing new products and taking care of the cleanness. In the restaurant my job included A la carte and lunch serving. My night bar shifts included serving alcohol and cleaning the dishes. During my last year I was promoted to Shift Supervisor: during my shifts I was responsible for the Cafeteria and other employees. I have lot of great memories from Marainvest, where I was a respected colleague despite my young age! Show less
