Saahil started as an intern in our team. Even though I did not manage him directly, we were in contact throughout his internship period. My favorite aspect about him is that, from the start to the end, he was completely motivated and involved. The first week was planned to be slow to give him time to meet the team and get used to the atmosphere, but he managed his time even better and got to speed quickly. His first task was to build a prototype to showcase in Electronica which was in 4 weeks from when he started. He handled the time pressure very well and completed the prototype in advance, allowing him time to improve further the system which was not in the agenda. This prototype was shown in electronica and was a success. He has a strong educational and technical knowledge base. However his biggest asset is his curiosity, which motivates him to learn and do more than whats expected from him. I wish him all the best for his future and hope to see him back at Texas Instruments. Thanks for the good work Saahil.
