Pacadar UK is a leader in precast concrete manufacturing and solutions. Located in the London Themsport site it is involved with some of the largest projects in UK. Project name: High Speed 2 (HS-2, London-Barmingham) Project. Responsibilities: Provide support to the production line, i.e. control and keep track of the performance of the batching plant and carrousel. - Conduct analysis and suggest improvements in production processes and quality, by collecting data and assessing KPIs. - Follow up and ensure contract requirements are correctly applied and met. - Conduct inspections on materials (concrete, rebar structures, etc.). - Operational and administrative management (control of delivery notes) of logistical activities, stock control, stock yard location of segments, supply of auxiliary materials (wood, timbers, sittings, etc.). - Draw up and streamline transport loading timings in coordination with the managers of the areas involved (especially Quality and Health & Safety), including liaising with the client, suppliers and transport providers. - Manage and handle incidents related to the transport of goods in order to ensure an optimal service in terms of deadlines and timing of shipments in order to meet the client's demand. - Prepare reports on incidents related to transport arrival delays, cancellations, returns, etc. and reports to support the Logistics Manager.
