Update HR policies & procedures as needed. • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements & job descriptions for all positions • Handling staff queries & grievance issue & to solve the workers problems to the desired extent. • Arranges exit interviews • Responsible for preparing Full and Final statements of Workers.
