The product portfolio of The Health Hub includes over 30+ emerging and health-centric brands across the world.Key Accountability:- Accountable for the end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes for products under my purview. - Creating forecast reports considering historical sales, market trends, seasonality, product mix, sales events, marketing promotions, and other factors obtained through partnering with key stakeholders in the marketing and sales function- Analyzing monthly demand data vs actual sales to enhance the accuracy of forecast reports- Creating a workable plan to track inventory, and reduce expiries and slow-moving stocks- Executing sales and operations decisions and creating forecast reporting to ensure forecasted ordersmeet targeted sales- Carrying out root cause analysis to understand planning errors in prior periods and implement continuous improvement initiatives- Developing optimal forecast and demand management strategy to optimize the SCM process effectively and efficiently, bringing sales and SCM into collaborative convergence.- Identifying suppliers that can potentially augment the organization’s sales requirement. Shortlist and finalize the most profitable suppliers that will potentially contribute to the long-term vision of the organization- Negotiating contract terms and pricing with external vendors to serve the best interest of the organization- Maintaining and updating the supplier database and finding alternative suppliers if the existing suppliers are unable to meet their obligations.

Danone (Evian, Volvic, Badoit), Bel (Kiri, The Laughing Cow, Babybel, Leerdammer), SMEG Distribution, Bajaj, Lambweston, Upfield, Andros, Camel Nuts, Renolds, Barilla.- Manage and ensure fulfillment of Qatar’s requirement from demand to execution, for various FMCG brands with an annual purchasing spend of 45-50 Million Qatari Riyals.- Ensure stock availability within the Qatar market, following budgets.- Engage in demand planning/forecasting to identify forecast gaps to assure accuracy levels, and formulate corrective actions.- Proactive management of inventory levels, both on hand and in the pipeline.- Minimize expiries in case of food items (<2%), maintenance of stock freshness, and depletion of slow movers. - Creation and processing of Purchase Orders within given guidelines and agreed time frames.- Liaise with Clearing and Forwarding function to resolve and mitigate shipping complications.- Coordinate with Trade Marketing teams to ensure stock availability for planned promotional activities.- Verify supplier invoices and ensure necessary corrections to assure timely payment by finance.- Reports on monthly base stock levels vs target stock levels- Monitor warehouse budget and rectify when necessary- Effective Container planning to ensure minimized demurrages and storage costs incurred - Liaise with logistics to ensure on-time delivery to avoid OOS issues- Maintaining freshness, near expires, aging stocks, and optimizing stock levels following agreements with suppliers.- Develop monthly reports that highlight stock visibility, stock management, out of stock on an organizational level for all agencies handled by the division.- Managing an outsourced team by monitoring output to ensure expediting on a timely basis
