• Working as a Unit Head at 3P unit responsible for the all operations of whole wheat Chakki fresh Pillsbury Atta, Multi grain Atta, different type of special wheat flours ,Sooji and HT Bran • Leading wide array of operations encompassing Quality, Production, Mechanical Maintenance, Projects and Dispatch Operations. • Responsible for plant new projects erection and commissioning, continues improvement in process by changing or improving the machine efficiency • Ensuring timely execution of safety operations, monitoring the health & hygiene of machinery in plant. • Responsible for maintaining safe working condition for working staff and labor at plant by doing safety observation (EHS Observation) and closing the same within time limit. • Executing production plans and achieve Production and Dispatch Target within Timeline. • Tapping opportunities for continuous improvement in plant operations and implementing them through management team as per the requirement. • Utilizing resources for achieving production objectives of the plant. • Managing all resources most effective manner by closely monitoring losses, yields, rejections works. • Organizing Preventive maintenance program to reduce breakdowns & down times. • Preventive & predictive action plan for respective audits carried out by various auditors • Training the workers and Operators on respective manufacturing equipment operational practices, preventive maint. & trouble shooting processes along with safety & HACCP procedures. • Monitoring & increasing the productivity through continuous improvement process in the manufacturing area • Monthly Stock Count in Co packs Location and Maintain the Stock level in proper manner. • Working as a Unit Head at a co-packing unit responsible for the all operations of whole wheat Chakki fresh Pillsbury Atta, Multi grain Atta, different type of special wheat flours ,Sooji and HT Bran Show less
