FFT’s advanced security systems are designed to detect and locate perimeter intrusions as well as identify third-party interference on oil and gas pipelines and sensitive data communication cables. Key Responsibilities: • Provide support to the CFO and finance team by performing a variety of accounting functions relating to day-to-day/month/year end. • Test, implement and reviewing ERP system features/processes. • Prepare annual budget and perform subsequent analysis of performance against budget. • Manage monthly accruals, provisions, prepayments, allocations and other adjustment journals. • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, reviewing, investigating and scheduling remedial action when necessary. • Complete sales/production/R&D analysis reports, identifying performance trends and opportunities. • Assist the finance team with full year and half year audits. • Prepare monthly BAS and VAT lodgements. • Complete intercompany reconciliations. Identifying and resolve differences. • Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. • Manage intangible register and amortisation schedules. • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards. • Train and mentor junior staff. • Assist with ad hoc tasks.
