  I am working as a site engineer at Rupayan housing estate ltd and my responsibilities - 01. Preparation of BOQ. 02. Estimation & Costing of construction works. 03. Scrutinize the bills received from vendors. 04. To estimate, budget & prepare details of work quantities. 05. Estimate of Civil, Sanitary and Hardware Materials. 06. Supervise and Monitor Structural, Masonry and Finishing work to ensure the Quality of Construction. 07. Revise the estimates after modification works or changes made by the managementclient requirement. 08.Analyze rates of all Non Scheduled items like Window Grill, Main Gate, verandha Railing, sliding Grill etc. 09. Handling Sub Contractor. 10.Checking & authorize of petty cash bill & conveyance bill for approval. 11. All kinds of labor contractor bills checking & authorize for approval. Show less
