  Aided with the construction of a multi-million dollar 5 story office space in San Antonio and took part in the estimating and buyout stage of a multi-million dollar job located in Marfa, Texas. Used On-Screen Takeoff to gather initial quantities of material to be used in our initial bid. Contacted multiple subcontractors during the buyout phase as well as wrote/issued contracts and purchase orders to varying subcontractors. Assisted with the writing, tracking, and filing of RFIs and submittals. Updated the construction documents using various programs such as Plangrid, Bluebeam, and box.com.
