To be honest only few days ago I got to know that Sławek had no commercial experience with Go before he started working with my team. I was really surprised as from the very beginning he was really professional and he dove head first into the project. He didn't hesitate to take whole tasks on himself and the implementation was really well done (from the QA Tester perspective). If there were any issues he was open to discuss the best possible solution and fix it straight away. I can only guess, but his work ethic and team player drive has to come from years of previous experience in software development. His calm mind, logical thinking and diverse skill set will be for sure a valuable asset to any team.
