Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af at arbejde under Søren siden juni 2018, hvor han ansatte mig hos APSIS. Søren har altid være en utrolig opmærksom og motiverende chef, der har formået at få mig til at præstere mit bedste, og personligt har jeg udviklet mig enormt meget både fagligt og personligt under Sørens ledelse. Søren har en enormt høj arbejdsmoral, som han formår at motivere sine medarbejdere med. En stor force ved Søren er derudover, at han formår at lytte og er åben for at blive udfordret og tage en dialog. Jeg har oplevet Søren som en utrolig arbejdsom person, der altid går forrest og viser vejen. Han skaber god stemning på et kontor og har samtidig fundet en fin balance mellem at være chefen for et helt kontor og samtidig en god tæt kollega, der også gerne drikker øl efter arbejde.
