As Founder & Wildcard Chief Technology Officer, I lead the engineering, product management, data science, and architectural efforts behind Mansa's proprietary technologies. Our products are used directly by the end customers (B2C) but also used by business partners (B2B2C). Highlighted responsibilities & achievements include: • Created and continue to manage the first product development function, creating a home for agile development and product innovation within a successful services company. • Chief architect of the technical ecosystem, migrating our NestJs monolith to bounded microservices with domain-driven design (Craftsmanship, Clean Code, Hexagonal Architecture, TDD, etc.) • Proud to have grown a team of 30'ish talented people, from hiring to personalized learning & career path (Soft & Hard skills). • Led teams that built critical data collection systems on programmatically scalable cloud environments, and data processing systems. • Built an innovative credit decision pipeline, managing binding down/up-sell loan offers.   SamaGames was a cloud computing video game project based on Minecraft with 435,663 unique users and was able to handle around 3,000 players simultaneously at peak activity.
