      During my early years with USLink/TDS, I had the opportunity to coordinate smooth conversions and upgrades for the complex products. Since the organization was new to providing local service in our markets, there were quite a few challenges to overcome working with the local RBOC. At the same time, the E-Rate program for our schools and library customers. The Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund makes discounts available to eligible schools and libraries for telecommunication services, Internet access, and internal connections. The program is intended to ensure that schools and libraries have access to affordable telecommunications and information services. I was also responsible for making sure all the Minnesota participants in the program received the proper funding and that they were reimbursed correctly and in a timely manner. I am now a Second Level Support person for the program, assisting our Sales Teams and our participating customers.
