Ryley was a guest speaker at my company’s Executive Admin Team meeting, and I was very impressed with his vast knowledge of Microsoft Teams, and the whole O365 platform. He gave an excellent overview of some of the more advanced features in Teams. He was very patient with our questions, and explained each process in a very clear and concise way, so no matter what level of experience our team members had with Teams, they were able to follow along. He held a helpful Q&A session, and was patient with even the most basic questions. He went above and beyond our expectations when he followed up after the meeting, sending additional information and resources for the more complicated features and ad-ins, so we could expand on the knowledge he provided us during the session.
