  Plans, oversees and executes all music and programming for three weekend services, mid week youth service and special events. This involves rehearsing of full band, arranging, production of backing tracks and midi automation via DAW for lights and screens. Plans, composes and arranges high level holiday and seasonal productions consisting of complex musical arrangements and lighting / video components. Leads team of over 50 volunteers and 3 paid staff members. Has played large role in growing Impact Church from roughly 500 in 2010 to 1,500 in 2016.
