Ryan brings thoughtfulness, thoroughness and incisive intelligence to a development team. His easy-going style makes him both an excellent employee and a highly sought-out co-worker. I knew I could entrust the most difficult projects with Ryan, and that he would produce solutions on-time with clear, maintainable, scalable code. I'm disappointed that Ryan has stayed on the West Coast; I would love to work with him again.

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan at Rent.com (owned by Ebay at that time) where he was a Senior Developer. Ryan is an extremely hard working and talented engineer. He is an absolute professional who excels at solving complicated engineering problems. Many of the more senior ( only by position) engineers would in fact delegate some of the more difficult engineering and architectural research and decisions to Ryan because of his strengths in both areas. I would definitely work with Ryan again in the future and hope that I can again some day. I highly recommend him for any engineering position.
