      This role requires an individual who has the ability to plan and deliver events on all scales.Running events from eight people up to over three hundred the ability to adapt and adjust is crucial to be able to deliver the required results.The need to multitask is a daily requirement as a result of having multiple events in one day and on occasions at the same time.Having a devoted team allows me to put trust and confidence into individuals to carry out tasks of which allows me to manage multiple big scale events at the same time.Whilst it is important to be able to trust individuals with responsibilities, it is also essential to continuously assess the individuals performance.The delivery of training to new processes and sometimes new procedures to adapt to different client needs allows me to keep my team performing at the best level to deliver high quality and professionally ran events.Having the ability to make the right decision under pressure allows me to correct any issues that may arise, therefore allowing the client to have their expectations not only met but exceeded.Being a visual point of reference and contactable through the duration of the event allows the client to feel at ease knowing myself and my team are on hand to meet any changes of requirements.My role evolves from delivering events both on our site at Brooklands to occasionally delivering events at world famous venues in the UK. The ability to adapt comes into play immediatly, with the requirement not only to pick a dedicated team but to also plan ahead.The planning phase for such events takes months of hard work prior to the event date, this is whilst simultaneously delivering first class events on a day to day basis on site.From travel coordination to accomodation to diatry requirements to risk assessing, there is no part of the planning that is left to chance.This role allows me to use all of my ability and skills on a daily basis to deliver the best events from me and my team.
