      In my role as a a personal trainer for Virgin Active I worked out when was best to generate my potential clients. How i did this was i requested to see the monthly footfall statistics and judged when would be the best time for myself to come into the gym and speak with potential clients. I then aimed to book in my diary five consultations a night in which i would convert one of those into a signed client. I aimed and succeeded with signing up One client a day on a diaily basis for Thirty days straight for the month of October 2012 which was my first full working month there. I helped all of my clients to there desired goal whether this be increasing muscle mass, losing body fat, joint flexibility and even building up general gym confidence. I also daily got involved with any classes which were being taught and got to know the participants in this class on a friendly level. This boosted my ability to sign potential clients in other areas other than just the gym floor. Show less
