Christopher Boyd
Ryan was one of the most enthusiastic, competent and helpful engineers we had. He basically closed and managed the largest client in company history single-handedly. Had it not been for his efforts, I am not sure the business would have grown to where it is today. If I were starting a company and needed to hire and SE, Ryan would be one of my first calls.

The term "rock star" to describe people in a technical sales role is frequently overused. But in this case, rock star is definitely an accurate descriptor to describe Ryan. Every client of mine that I've introduced him to has agreed that he certainly is a subject matter expert, but is able to articulate it in such a way that every person in the room (no matter how technical or Luddite) can understand what's being presented. The ability to connect with every person in what can be a diverse audience is the definition of a rock star IMO.
