Bio
Caitlin Hoeberlein, Esquire, CPA (inactive)
Ryan is a deeply passionate, deeply knowledgable manager whose enthusiasm constantly inspires. I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan for the past two years, and have learned a great deal both directly through his knowledge of building science, and indirectly through the thoughtful and discerning questions he asks about my own work. Since we began working together, Ryan has willingly grown and molded to take on new opportunities and grasp problems with swift, thorough solutions. In fall of 2014, he transplanted his building and people-management skills to Portland, an entirely new market for Green Canopy Homes. Ryan has done an exceptional job creating relationships, managing processes, and building beautiful homes in this unfamiliar space, and has ultimately created a smooth transition into the Portland market. Ryan is an extraordinary individual who I would love to work with again, and would recommend without question.
Aaron Fairchild
Ryan is a wonderful person, highly dedicated, a quick study and a deep well-spring of energy. I am thankful to work with him and to be part of the same team. Ryan will not settle with mediocracy and is always looking for the next challenge. He knows residential construction and building science thoroughly and can manage whatever project that thrown at him.
