I have known Ryan on a professional level for almost six years. He was a very successful Team Leader at the Directv Call Center in Huntsville, AL, and I was the Quality Assurance Manager. The things I noticed about Ryan was his ability to communicate. He was very gifted in getting his message out to a targeted audience and knowing that when he was finished they understood. Ryan could communicate with written finess or oral persuasion at any level that he had to deal with. Idea behind I.C.S. was to relieve the Floor Associates of some of the more "Office-y" type work, like downstocking, inventory counting, storage organization in the backroom, on-hand counts, etc. Idea caught the attention of the District Manager who rolled it up the company chain and is now currently in place across the country.
