Ryan was brought into Ignite Northwest/Innovate Washington as a business consultant for our Make it in Washington grant program. Specifically, Ryan's role was to consult with manufacturers in the economically distressed counties in the state. As time evolved, so did Ryan's role. As the lead agency for this grant, he took over the role of executing the grant and working with each of our higher education partners as well as other agencies, including the WA Dept. of Commerce in delivering our obligated goals. His work in not only consulting with client companies but in leading the partners was exemplary. We are all proud of the work completed and in knowing that local economies in these distressed areas are benefiting as a result. Ryan's leadership, his business knowledge, and his pleasant personality made this grant program a success. I am happy to tell anyone interested that I would hire Ryan again in a second if I had an opportunity for him. He's a great guy and a person I am happy to recommend.
