  During my Bob Evans Farms internship, I worked to achieve network optimization through an $800 K cost out opportunity that involved a request for proposal and driver bid route for a private fleet that travels over 10 MM miles annually. Additionally, I improved fleet management strategies by enhancing communication with truck drivers through KPI summaries for 110 drivers across two domiciles. Also, I collaborated cross functionally to analyze a P&L that includes over $90 MM in annual freight and warehousing spend to identify areas for continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
