I like Ryan Meyer, and with his experience in Accounting and Operations, you will too! I've known Ryan since August 2013 when he joined SHARP Labs as Accounting Manager, and he quickly acclimated to the complex R&D business unit of SHARP-a world renown electronics manufacturer. Under his leadership, month close, global and local reporting efficiencies were attained. Along with overseeing month close, he fielded inquiries, surveys, and lead audits-fulfilling corporate and government requirements. In operations, he researched, selected, and directed the implementation of a procurement approval and tracking platform, which enabled traveling managers to review and approve expenses worldwide. Ryan's problem solving and decision making skills shine as he deals with a myriad of manager inquiries and, in turn, fields questions from direct and indirect reports. He confidently makes decisions and will stand by them. He trusts people to do their work and manage their priorities; and interjects humor into the work environment. Ryan has phenomenal software skills, and he's expert level in Excel-it's a sight to behold. He can quickly assess reporting needs, prepare queries from source data, and display management presentation-level reports for local and global stakeholders. Nowhere is this more vital than in Forecast and Budget preparations; due to changing corporate structures, his ability to restate scenarios is indispensable. Ryan's experience and achievements in a global high-tech setting prove his value to any organization he joins.

I worked with Ryan at Consolidated Utility Services for over 4 years, and he was such a great help to me. Ryan is extremley detail oriented yet also has the ability to see the big picture in situations. There were many times where he used his mastery of Excel to make my life easier. He is a patient teacher and would gladly share his knowledge and expertise. He was great at effectively managing and streamlining processes. He was always willing to go the extra mile, and he always found success in high pressure situations with tight deadlines. Ryan is dedicated, knowledgable, loyal, professional, and would be a great asset to any company. I am glad I had the opportunity to work with him and to get to know him during our time at Consolidated Utility Services.
