  CPA Ontario serves and supports more than 89,000 members and 19,000 students.This was a six month contract to help coordinate a number of high profile events, including the largest Convocation in CPA Ontario history. With limited time and an organization going through a major transition, all expectations and benchmarks were exceeded and a number of templates, processes and metrics were created to assist with future events.For the March 2017 Convocation, CPA Ontario staff were engaged at an unprecedented level to create a top notch team to assist new CPAs navigate the convocation ceremony and dinner.
