Ryan is a very talented young designer. I worked particularly closely with Ryan on one project where I observed his ability to pick up several new concepts/technologies very quickly. He was instrumental in the success of the project resulting in multi-million dollar cost reduction through smart, efficient design. He has the ability to work with vague or incomplete concepts to bring them to reality, rarely requiring explicit instruction. Ryan also exhibits excellent patience in dealing with difficult engineers.
