Eaststreet Realty & Ditmar Real Estate Consultants® are connecting the world to Central Florida. My name is Ryan Ditmar, and I am your local real estate resource. Today with the growing tech in the real estate industry, traditional brokerages and agents, cannot operate as they previously did. Buyers and sellers are savvier and have online access to certain data, tools, and past home sales. Unlike traditional real estate brokerages, Ditmar Real Estate was born online, we came from digital, and it is our niche. We use technology to work more efficiently and connect to the world. I am centrally located in Downtown Orlando's-Thornton Park District. In addition to my traditional real estate role, I specialize in "The Vacation Home Market". Just a short drive to the attraction, Ditmar Real Estate Consultants® have claimed our stake in the market share. Show less

Great transition from fast casual to full service restaurant. I received a fantastic opportunity to work in a concept that was unique in the market place. Not only did we have full service restaurant, but I also was responsible for a deli, catering operations, and bakery. As a manager we were responsible for the following. -Establish and maintain performance standards for all positions. -Train and motivate all employees to meet or exceed all of the established performance standards. -Interact with guest on a daily basis to constantly monitor perceived service levels. Handle all members and guests concerns in a professional and timely manner. -Responsible for scheduling the entire front of house personnel. -Assist with all internal cost controls to include beverage, food, labor and supplies. -Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality. -Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximizes profitability related to the food and beverage department. -Implement and maintain local sales/marketing programs. -Maintain procedures of security of monies, procedures for credit control and handling. -Investigate guest complaints and ensures corrective action is taken. -Perform tasks as assigned by the General Manager. Working for TooJay's was a wonderful opportunity for me to develop not only management skill sets, but learn different cooking and food preparation techniques & procedures. Show less

As the General Managers of a Boston Market, I was responsible to coach and develop the other managers in the restaurant so that those managers will in return inspire, coach and develop each member of the crew to grow to their full potential and deliver the “Boston Market Experience” to our guests. I was surrounded with a wonderful upper management and was extremely thankful to them for the opportunity, training, and life lessons they taught me.

As the Assistant General Manager I assisted the General Manager in leading the restaurant team and maintain the environment and culture in the restaurant at all times, particularly when the General Manager is not on duty. The goal is that to assist the General Manager in creating a work environment that is fun, engaging for your team, and that recognizes and rewards high performance.

Hourly Shift Supervisors are a vital part of the restaurant management team, overseeing your team members and assuring that only the best product and service go out the door. This position empowers you to be a role model, teaching the less experienced staff and assuring their work meets Boston Market's standards, specifications and recipes.

Just arriving to Central Florida from my transition from Massachusetts, I was in need of my first job. I began my Boston Market Career at UCF location as a dishwasher. A short time after that I was able to cross train and explore other positions in the restaurant.
