I had the pleasure of starting at Trane around the same time as Ryan. We worked in the same group has product engineers for commercial air handlers. I worked in the same group and on the same projects as Ryan for as long as he was with Trane. He is great to work with, flexible, learns quick, and manages well.

I worked with Ryan for my most of my career at Panasonic and couldn't have asked for a better teammate and leader. Panasonic was unique opportunity because of all the hats Ryan would need to wear; whether it was leading weekly project meetings with international suppliers, creating test plans with the reliability group or leading internal design reviews with the engineering team, Ryan was always willing to do whatever it took to meet project schedules. Ryan's leadership skills would be an asset to any company. Ryan was never afraid to challenge the status quo or lend an ear while project members needed to vent. I've learned the soft skills that Ryan has are truly unique. I have no doubt Ryan will thrive in his next opportunity.
