For the past 3 years, I have been the Business Capability Architect managing data management and taxonomy for Microsoft Enterprise Services, currently a $5 billion (and growing business). Ryan has distinguished himself by performing well in a wide variety of situations, including stepping up to lead the Program Management Office (PMO) following departure of the previous PMO Lead. He has effectively facilitated program core team meetings to ensure important topics were raised and addressed, managed relationships across the team to continue to focus on important topics, proactively communicated relevant information in a timely manner to impacted workstream leaders, and defined processes in the PMO which were saleable and adaptable to several situations and met the organization's needs. Throughout working together, Ryan has recognized resourcing needs and provided me with exceptionally qualified candidates whom I hired and with whom I am extremely pleased with their performance. These resources are enabling me to direct my focus toward strategic planning and design while being confident that the oversight of shorter-term technical and logistical needs of the organization are being met.
